Formed in 2013, we offer a fresh approach to payroll and bookkeeping services. We can offer a totally bespoke service to suit your requirements. We went from zero to over 100 clients in our first two years.

BOOKKEEPING

Services include Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, VAT, Management Reports and Bank Account Reconciliations. We can either operate from your base, or collect paperwork and do it from our office in Hastings. Our preferred software is Sage, although we can operate other systems if required. Bookkeeping is £23 per hour. Fixed rates can be agreed.

PAYROLL

All aspects of paying your employees accurately and legislatively compliant. We will produce payroll summary reports and payslips. For larger payrolls we offer a BACS service to process payments direct to your employee bank accounts. Weekly payrolls normally start at £20 per week. Monthly payrolls start from a fixed £35 per month, or from £2.25 per person per payslip.

AUTO ENROLMENT

We will lead you through the process of setting up a company pension scheme, and enrolling your staff correctly. We will assess your workforce on each payroll, produce all communication needs to your staff and correctly deduct pension contributions. Automatic Enrolment starts at £20 per payroll run. This includes assessing and filing returns to the pension provider.
